Key Responsibilities:

 
ØLooking after BD activities of assigned territory.
ØLeading a team of BD Engineers, monitor & guide them to achieve their targets
ØConducting demand generation activities, sales promotional activities, running influencer loyalty programs,
ØDriving premium product sales, handling customer grievances if any

Core Competencies:

 
ØFair knowledge of Civil Engg., especially in construction
Ø(RCC/PCC/Brickwork/Plaster & Foundation, etc)
ØGood knowledge of Cement & Concrete & its usage and application
ØSkills to handle Technical Meets with good communication skills.

Qualification &

Experience:

ØB. Tech/ B.E (Civil)
Ø
Ø  5 to 7 years of relevant experience
