01

Stores Administration

  1. Conducting monthly Inventory Meeting and Internal Safety Meeting, Contractor manpower management, liasoning with Government Agencies, Transporters, Legal Licenses & its management (Simpliance), Implementations and compliance of statutory regulations e.g. Environment, Hazardous Waste, E - Waste etc., Ensure CSM compliance, PESO, Legal Metrology, IMS compliance
  2. MIS preparation and Balance score card preparation for Stores and updating on monthly basis
  3. Ensuring timely submission of stores related service bills, transporters bills, imported items & CD bills, its verification, SRN preparation and submission for onward processing by due date every month. Following for above as & when required for timely completion 
  4. Arranging regular pickup of material from various transporter's godowns, suppliers godown through store's hired trucks and its management. 
  5. Training arrangement of contact work man 
  6. Inventory review and SMI/NMI monitoring and control

Stores Operations Support – (PV, Receipt & Issue)

  1. Monitoring and extending support in daily store’s/ warehouse/weighbridge and consumer pump operation.
  2. Liquid fuel management and coordination.
  3. Coordinating for daily internal PV, extending support for GRN Processing, Issue of material, Scrap sale, emergency issue on as and when required basis.
  4. SRN Processing against contracts of stores operation and bill forwarding for accounting purpose.
  5. Min Max items management

STO Operation -Stock Transfer Process.

  1. Ensuring swift stock transfer of items to & from plants with all compliance to meet requirements. 
  2. Documentation of Material sending against STO.

Material Sending for repair / reject return

  1. Processing all documents for sending material for repair and reject return on RGP/NRGP and its monitoring and accounting as per guidelines.
  2. Documentation and transport arrangement for material sending for repair/reject return.

CSM Operation (contractor Safety Management)

  1. Compliance of CSM (contractor Safety Management) requirements.
  2. Submission of CSM audit report every month before 10th of every month. Conducting one sample audit per month.
  3. Carrying out Engagement / Unsafe Conditions / Unsafe Act as per target

Audit Co-ordination and compliance in practices

  1. Co-ordination in all internal and external audits.
  2. Co-ordination of IMS audit and compliance.
  3. Conducting and supporting internal and external audits w.r.t stores

07

Leap-O Drive

  1. Driving Leap-O agenda in Stores
  2. Implementation of 5-S in Stores area.
  3. Housekeeping drive in Stores area.
  4. OPL and Kaizen as per target.
  5. Taking ownership of Area as sub-area owner and working on its improvement 
  6. Identification of FI projects, its planning and execution

 

Any other job as per requirement assigned by PIM on as and when required.
