Purpose of the job:

 

  • Plan for development & production of limestone of mine.
  • Statutory compliance as under various Act, Rules and Regulations.
  • To maintain cordial relation with workmen & management.
  • To attend, departmental meetings etc
  • Participate in the coordination and scheduling of equipment maintenance.

Job Description:

 

  • Production of limestone as per the target set by QC and Production Dept. for quality and quantity respectively.
  • Impart training for subordinates.
  • Formulate safe practices for mining activities to achieve ZERO LTI.
  • Man power planning.
  • Support the team during inspections and visits of statutory bodies.

Qualification:

Degree in mining with 1st  Class certificate

 

 

 

Experience:

Min 10  years’ experience into Mines 

 

Key Differentiating Skills: 

  1. Cost: Mines Performance Monitoring like Cost, Diesel Consumption, Production, Water Consumption.
  2. Quality: Ensure quality control in mines as per plant requirement
