Graduate Engineer Trainees
Graduate Engineer Trainees: Our Graduate Engineer Trainees (GETs) join us from top engineering campuses, ready to turn knowledge into action. Over six months, they take on two dynamic projects that offer hands-on exposure to core business functions. This is followed by focused on-the-job training, paving the way for seamless integration into their roles. The everyday business challenges help GETs to build technical skills, business acumen, and confidence needed to grow into tomorrow’s engineering leaders.
Diploma Engineer Trainees
Diploma Engineer Trainees: Our Diploma Engineer Trainees (DETs) are selected from leading polytechnic institutes and dive straight into a six-month journey of hands-on learning. Through two projects across critical business functions, they gain practical exposure and industry-ready skills. This is followed by focused on-the-job training, preparing them for seamless integration into their roles and setting the foundation for a strong, future-ready career at Nuvoco.
