AGM - Warehouse Manager (North & Central)

• Evaluate and propose for opening new warehouse locations with an objective to going near to the major markets aimed at improving route to market with serviceability and cost improvement.
• Plan and execute through operations team model warehouse Pilot run with mechanized Handling and FIFO monitoring post feasibility aimed at better handling and serviceability to market.
• Follow up with operations team in monitoring damage trend of high damage generating warehouses followed with RCA and CFA engagement aimed at reducing godown generated damage.
• Exploring opportunities in Warehouse /Godown area right sizing based on utilization %.
• Sample checking of area in high rental warehouses and coordinate with operations team for checking actual godowning area in Sft of warehouses with > 1 Lakh per month rental outgo.
• Publishing standardized Godown hire Check list for Implementation and adherence for New godown Hire to make the process uniform in follow up with operations Team.
• Ensuring uniform House keeping norms are in place and circulated to operations team for implementation at warehouse locations by way adherence checking through visit reports of operations team.
• Damage monitoring in coordination follow up through operations team and follow up through accounts and operations for timely damage evacuation with time line defined as  per SLA.
• To review periodical status reports of the godowns with photographs of housekeeping and stock of godown to be sent by operations team.
• Develop SLAs and SOPs to have robust uniform process in Godown hiring , Housekeeping norms and Damage evacuation.
• Route to Market : Market and warehouse visits to do sample check along with operations team for improving synergy , ways to find serviceability improvements and damage reduction.
