AM/DM - Raw Material Coordinator

Job Description:

• Sourcing of cost-effective supplies of RM
• Preparation of RM material requirement plan as per production targets
• Tracking and maintaining RM inventory levels in the plant to meet production and dispatch targets on economic parity.
• Supervising logistics operation viz. road transportation up to plant.
• Negotiating and coordinating with transporters, suppliers to ensure seamless and cost-effective movement of consignment.
• Preparation of tender pricing and documentation for long/short term contract.
• Tracking of RM sourcing of other cement companies in our cluster.
• Managing day to day commercial operation, tracking and preparing compliance reports for management.
• MIS for North plants + competitor analysis for all Raw Materials
