Key Responsibilities-
  1. Plan and schedule preventive, predictive, and shutdown maintenance activities for mechanical equipment.
  2. Coordinate with operation and maintenance teams for effective job execution.
  3. Identify, plan, and ensure availability of critical spares as per maintenance schedules.
  4. Raise material and service indents, monitor stock levels, and maintain optimum inventory.
  5. Follow up with vendors and purchase department for timely delivery of spares and services.
  6. Plan and monitor contractor/service jobs including AMC, overhauling, and specialized maintenance work.
  7. Support annual maintenance budget preparation and monitor monthly expenditure.
  8. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance performance and downtime reports.
  9. Maintain proper documentation of equipment history, job completion, and spares consumption.
  10. Participate in breakdown analysis and reliability improvement initiatives.
  11. Implement cost-saving measures and contribute to continuous improvement activities.
