Assistant Manager-Procurement

Job Description:

Sustaining Capex procurement: Part of Mechanical + E&I for all plants.

Responsible for Project which includes procurement of all Equipment and service contracts required for Clinker + Coal conveying system

Responsible for Quality/Lab related equipment raised under capex

Refractory Procurement: Responsible for procurement of refractories under IG, Dev Capex and Sust. Capex

External Stakeholder Management:

To maintain relationship with external stakeholders (suppliers) and ensure the uninterrupted supplies/services in adherence to cost and quality.

Process Optimization: Implementing strategic sourcing to make function more agile in terms of delivery, quality and cost.

Risk Assessment and Management: Assess and mitigate risks. To ensure 100% compliance as per company policy.

Expense Management: To ensure synergy & collaboration with cross functional teams to establish and monitor budgets for capital expenditure projects, ensuring cost control and adherence to guidelines.
