• Ensuring Zero harm at the cement mill. Implementing all safety initiatives in the department.
• Zero product complaint and ensuring all product quality parameters in mill. (Do it right first time)
• Overall product wise and maintenance planning.
• Monitoring Cement Mill productivity and efficiency daily and analyzing the deviation with help of various tools.
• Process optimization: Ensuring operating Process parameters at its optimum value (Cement Mill, Raw VRM, Kiln HB).
• All kinds of product/production related planning e.g Raw material, Mill PM Stops, production related main. & materials.
• Ensuring the implementation of Leap-o,5s, WOW and sprint in cement mill.
• Be an active force to bring down the cost of productivity thus improving overall profitability.
• Training and education upto the grass root level. (Enabling people to take decision to lowest possible level).
