Position Summary :
This is a strategic position that entails overseeing the overall process of receiving of raw materials by rail/road, their handling by the operation of wagon tipplers and other material-handling services (MHS), along with their storage. This position will help to fulfil the production demands and ensure operational excellence of the company.
 
Job Responsibilites :
  1. Supervise daily operations of MHS, including wagon tipplers, taking correct and preventive actions when needed.
  2. Oversee raw-material handling and heavy vehicle operations, ensuring their efficiency.
  3. Coordinate internally to provide required raw materials for all line operation.
  4. Monitor smooth operation of all WTs to prevent DC.
  5. Participate in pre-op and DOM meetings to address abnormalities and plan actions.
  6. Record and analyze DC-related stoppages, collaborate with departments to enhance tippling processes.
  7. Daily monitor raw material stock for timely requisitioning.
  8. Motivate and encourage the FCOs and contact employees (tippling staff and HEMOs) for optimal performance to minimize DC.
  9. Focus on continuous improvement, aiming for cost reduction, zero DC, and low power consumption.
  10. Regularly monitor the idle run of the circuit to reduce power consumption.
  11. Keep tracking of RM feeding, consumption and transfers at different area and keeping record of the same.
