Asst. Manager - Procurement (S&M)

Job Description:

• Analyze large pools of data to discover trends, patterns and correlations that will assist managers in making informed business decisions – including identifying opportunities to improve the S & M team/Vendor experience and measure success.
• Produce reports & analysis to ensure decision-makers receive timely, actionable information.
• Use data-driven analysis to identify and facilitate opportunities for process improvement
• Manage & support SAP, ARIBA information systems.
• Ad hoc and standard reporting responsibilities to entire user base
• Ensure effective data warehousing and dissemination strategy.
• Able to do a proper forecasting for AOP utilization of past via a viz present and future.
• Analytical capability to mine data, interpret results, identify drivers and exceptions, communicate these findings effectively to stakeholders at all levels across the business.
• Conduct timely and efficient auctions and able to conclude results
• Ensuring PR to PO TAT conversion within desirable limits.
