Asst.Manager - DCS/ Automation

• Monitor and maintain the DCS for uninterrupted plant operation.
• Configure, troubleshoot, and optimize DCS logic, graphics, alarms, and trends.
• Perform backup and restoration of DCS programs and databases.
• Coordinate with production for process optimization and control improvements.
• Support plant startup, shutdown, and commissioning activities.
• PLC & Control Systems
• Maintain PLC systems, HMI, SCADA, and remote I/O panels.
• Troubleshoot communication networks such as Ethernet, Modbus, Profibus, and Profinet.
• Modify PLC logic as per process requirements after approval.
• Maintain system documentation and software backups.
• Instrumentation
• Calibrate and maintain field instruments including:
• Pressure Transmitters, Temperature Sensors (RTD/Thermocouple)
• Flow Meters, Level Transmitters,Control Valves,Analyzers, Weigh Feeders

Diagnose instrument failures and ensure minimum downtime.

Maintain calibration records as per ISO standards.

Electrical & Maintenance

Coordinate with electrical maintenance teams during shutdowns.

Participate in preventive and predictive maintenance activities.

Safety & Compliance

Follow Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures.

Comply with electrical and instrumentation safety standards.

Conduct risk assessments before maintenance activities.
