  • Provide pre-sales technical assistance and product education to customers / masons on right construction practices.
  • Conduct premium product demos at site
  • Maintain cordial relations with influencers and, end customers to get repeat orders thereby maximizing sales and focus on long-term retention
  • Work on after-sales support services and provide technical back up as required
  • Enrollment in Nuvo Nirman App & Usage awareness
  • Take initiatives to inculcate innovation in selling techniques by adopting new technologies and techniques
  • Resolve channel partners queries related to business needs and support them to channelize their secondary and tertiary sales
  • Monitoring of Vriddhi Loyalty program
  • New enrollments of influencers & activation
  • Regular touch with Key Influencers to make them aware about all new/existing products & services
  • Achieve monthly conversion volume (overall) and Premium Product volume
  • Achieve Exclusive counter MBM Penetration and drive CCB & CC site conversion
  • Personal visit to channel partners including dealer as well as retailers/sub-dealers
  • Brand Promotional Activities and conduct BD Meets for Engineer, Architect, Contractor, Masons, and IHB
  • Complaint Management - 100% compliance to TAT and ensure site retention
  • Timely Reporting for result-oriented analysis
