Key Responsibilities: ØLooking after Business Development (BD) activities of the assigned territory
ØGenerate demand for  cement by conducting various activities
ØConducting Sales Promotional activities for various segments like head masons/contractors/IHBs/Engineers & Architects for brand awareness as well as business generation
ØRunning Influencer Management Programs for Contractors & Engineers/Architects
ØProduct benchmarking wrt Competition
ØHandling Customer grievances
Core Competencies:  ØFair knowledge of Civil Engg., especially in construction
Ø(RCC/PCC/Brickwork/Plaster & Foundation, etc)
ØGood knowledge of Cement & Concrete & its usage and application
ØSkills to handle Technical Meets with good communication skills.
Qualification &  ØB. Tech/ B.E (Civil)/Diploma Civil 
Experience:  Ø  2 to 4 years of relevant experience
