Cement Mill Mech. Shift in charge-Mechanical (SE/AM)

Officer Mechanical -Shift Operation

• The person should be Diploma/BE/ B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering with minimum 4 To 7 years   of experience in  cement industries in under Mechanical dept (Shift Operation)

• Ready to work in shift operation to handle complete Grinding circuit / Separate circuit
• Shift schedule varies as per need and employee to work as per Plant need in any shift
•  If require to work in General shift , any area of plant and even to work in Shutdowns of any section  
• To ensure implementation of safe working practices to achieve 
• Zero accident goal
• To take corrective action on safety observations and near misses 
• Maintain in depth knowledge of the condition of all equipment of section on a continuous basis 
• Ensure the planned inspection of all equipment and initiate work orders based on inspection results
• In case of abnormality  performs first analysis and defines priorities for each action
• Validate and update equipment specification files and history sheets/Fugai Register
• Monitor consumption of spares and repair expenditure
• To monitor the life of components with accurate inspection and avoid premature replacements
• To identify the repetitive failure and propose corrective and preventive action.
• To conduct RCA and ensure effective implementation of proposed corrective actions 
• To identify areas of improvement and propose the same for reducing maintenance cost and improving reliability
