Civil - In Charge

Purpose of the Position

To ensure that the building Equipment and other Civil Foundations and Civil infrastructure and environment will be in good health

Key Individual Responsibilities

1. Maintenance planning and scheduling for plant and township jobs.

2. Preparation of BOQ , job requisition and Verification of Contractors bills .

3. To follow up structural stability parameters 

4. Handling Scaffolding jobs and during shutdowns.

5. Plan coordinate and do safety audits for the building and its rectification planning 

6. Coordinate with plant team for Civil structural related jobs .

Key Interactions - Contractors , Designers, Autocad engineer and engineering officers.

Technical Skills 

•                         AUTO CAD - reading drawings  and latest technology .
•                          Diploma /B-tech in Civil Engineering 

Experience – 5- 10 Years
