DGM - HR (CCP)

Develops organization strategies by identifying and researching human resources issues;

contributing information, analysis, and recommendations to organization strategic thinking and

direction; establishing human resources objectives in line with organizational objectives.

1. Contribute for maintain Zero Fatality and Zero LTI
2. To monitor and support all HR related matters.
3. Maintain harmonious Industrial relation with internal and external agencies.
4. Effective management of Time Management System/Time office/.
5. Fulfill the statutory obligation/compliance on time.
6. Grievance Handling System and Disciplinary Procedure to bring about discipline in the organization.
