Tracking and maintaining RM inventory levels at plant to meet production and dispatch targets on economic parity.
Supervising logistics operation viz. road/rail transportation.
Negotiating and coordinating with transporters, suppliers to ensure seamless and cost effective movement of consignment.
Preparation of tender pricing and documentation for long/short term contract.
Tracking of RM sourcing of other cement companies in our cluster.
Managing day to day commercial operation, tracking and preparing compliance reports for management.
