Qualification: B.Sc. M.Sc. ,Diploma Cement Technology Or BE /B. Tech Chemical

 Job Profile : Shift In charge

1. Should have good command of Kiln operation as well as mills operations.
2. Should be able to coordinate with the service departments concerned for shift related problems.
3. Must have analytical understanding to analyze the operational problems from the parameters and trends
4. Should have good knowledge of process also so that he can optimize productivity, reduce specific power consumption and specific heat consumption by smooth and stable operation.
5. During Kiln shutdown, will have to supervise refractory and castable work in Kiln and Preheater
6. Achieve KPIs in the shift like TPH, Blaine, power consumption, reliability of PSC/CTO & PPC- I&II circuits
7. To ensure minimum stoppages by corrective and timely preventive actions by anticipating the behavior of the circuits based on the data available in CCR/ at site.
8. Drop test of all WFs/BWs/SFMs
9. Follow operational and maintenance practices to ensure pollution free operation of the circuits.
10. Training of down line persons including contractors.
11. Maintain & monitor QMS, EMS & OHSAS.
12. Responsible for internal control effectiveness monitoring for the processes in the domain of job responsibility
13. Ensure training on safety and site supervision so as to achieve zero non lost time accident both for employees and contractors.
14. Coordinate with other department for smooth functioning of plants aiming towards zero breakdowns and zero accident hours.
15. Well knowledge of LEAP-O
16. Ensure the trouble shooting during shift operation & fault finding
17. Well knowledge of trend analysis & process parameter.
