Purpose of the job:

• Tracking & controlling plant operating & performance parameters.
• Provide technical support to plant manager for analysis of any performance parameters.

• Set plant objectives in line with BU.
• Ensure adoption & adherence to Nuvoco standards, norms and best practices.
• Keep the team informed of objectives, plans, results, etc.
• Identify the gaps between current & target levels.

Job Description:

• Ensure Safety compliance in the plant.
• Ensure plant MIS.
• Provide support to plant manager for day to day plant operation.
• Ensure Implementation of industrial standards in the plant.
• Prepare monthly production/shutdown plan in line with BU plan.
• Ensure different reporting structure at plant level, BU level & group level.
• Conduct production meetings and keep track on performance parameters.
• Analyze operational parameters and prepare reason for variances.
• Keep track on technical, cost parameters and intimate when deviation observed.
• Ensure Plant KPIs are aligned to the targets.
• Coordinate different meetings e.g.: Production, cost, CAPEX, Reliability, Energy committee etc.
• Prepare benchmarking for the plant.
• Coordination with CMO’s Office related to all Plant Operation matters

Qualification:

B.Tech or Equivalent or Diploma

Experience:

Min 2 years’ experience

Key Differentiating Skills: SAP, Excel, Power Point presentation, Technical Drawing

• All members in the plant.
