Graduate Operations Trainee

Job responsibilities during 1st Year

• 15 days of general Induction and plant allocation for training.
• 03 month on the job training for plant operations covering control room operations, Inventory management, Fixed and variable cost, site management and Plant maintenance practices, logistics and procurement.
• 03 month on the job training on technical services covering lab operation, site operations technical and testing parameters of concrete and its application and compliance with BIS standards
• 03 month on the job training in sales department covering techno-commercial aspects of selling concrete, pricing, product portfolio and Leap(S), understanding customers and their mapping in CRM(NXSA), market visit, PR and SO creation in SAP
• Project selection and submission before allocation of department, location and target setting
