Job Description:

 5S implementation all around the Plant.

• AM Pillar implementation for Model Machines.
• PM Pillar implementation with Focus on SAP Work Orders and Plant Reliability.
• MTBF & MTTR tracking of Plant.
• Identifying the Major Looses affecting the Plant with subsequent RCA and finding out FI projects / Kaizens to erase the same.
• Tracking of Monthly OEE & OPE of Plant.
• E&T Pillar - Selection of bunch of workmen for Skill upgradation through Interviews & Trainings.
• Provide Training on all LEAP O Pillars and 5S, to all Officers and workmen gradually.
• Creating Monthly PPT of LEAP O progress along with Individual PPT’s of all 4 Pillars.
• Indulge in Various LEAP O Competitions in Plant in order to Motivate & Create awareness among Officers & Workmen.
• Monthly Audits on AM  of Equipments and 5S Audit of all areas.
• Implementation of 2 more Pillars - Office TPM and Early Equipment Management.
