  1. To interact with the Distribution Managers & Central Planner for the STM & Sales Plan, Increase direct road dispatches from Plant, Deployment of Trucks etc.
  2. Interact with RSMs / DMs, for resolving the matters related to timely supplies, vendor payments, damage control etc.
  3. Setup primary dispatch/distribution model in collaboration with NVL Operations and Planning Team to support in North to deliver as per the plan.
  4. Collaborate and coordinate between Plant Team, Secondary Logistics for loading and unloading processes to ensure reduction in Damages.
  5. To meet the monthly and Yearly Dispatch target as per the business plan both road from Plant.
  6.  To interact with Contractors and Transporters for the smooth dispatch operations.
  7. To maintain VSL & RSL and improved OTIF at plant level.
  8. Manage operating cost within the budget/ forecast.
  9. To ensure Trucks are loaded in time without any avoidable detention.
  10. Maximize direct dispatches to the customers from plant.
  11. Avoid the silo full condition.
  12. To coordinate with the Packing plant Manager (O&M) and Plant Manager for smooth and timely dispatches.
  13. Support to Packing Plant to effectively minimizing demurrage charges
  14. Ensure stabilization of Truck parking yard operation.
