Safety

 

  • Ensure LOTOTO Is followed in case of any Plant shut down or other energy isolation requirement.
  • Ensure batching system password is only shared with authorized person like Plant In charge and not with anyone else.

 

Maintenance

  • Ensure efficient functioning of Batching Plant
  • Ensure daily maintenance of batching plant is done as per the checklist
  • Support P&M in maintenance of plant equipments and machineries
  • In case of any issue, report to Zonal BC Mix Cordinator.
  •  

 

Training of BC Mix

 

  • To provide training to New Joinees, Refreshment training, Trouble shooting in BC mix Softwares and Batching Plant

 

  • Safety– Safe operating Procedure, Training to conduct for all Batchers, P&M and stores in charge in BC Mix.
  • Implementation of B2B PLC program in the respective Zones.
  • Implementation of new BC mix version 4.3.2.12 in al the  Zones and updates from other team members
  • Support Plant to reduce error messages and to improve variance.
  • Reporting Errors with area Feedback
