Training and safety Officer and will comply following duties :-

(i) To organise and supervise the training of every person undergoing training under him in pursue of MVTR 1966 or any Circulars or recent amendments.

(ii) To maintain the records of the training given to every person and to furnish weekly reports to the manager on the progress of the persons undergoing training.

(iii) He shall ensure that all the MVTR 1966 rules to be followed and implemented without any violation.

(iv) He shall assist the Safety Officer and Manager to develop the skills of the employees engaged either by the company or contractor.

(v) He shall coordinate with the Shift Incharge to conduct safety talks, tool box talks and other safety related training at regular intervals.

(vi) He shall ensure that the persons before engaged in mining activity, they must gone for Initial training and refresher training at regular intervals as per the statutory requirements.

(vii) Or any other duties as per the requirement of the project as per the instructions of mines manager.

2.             Role of Production In-charge:

(I) Ensure proper maintenance of Haul Road, Bench and faces of mines as per the Rules and Regulation under the Mines Act.

(ii) Ensure required production and quality of the limestone supplied to the plant.

(iii) Ensure the productivity of all HEMM deployed in the mines.

(iv) Ensure SDC as per target.

(v) Ensure all returns and reports are submitted timely to the concerned Govt Authority.

(vi) Ensure cost optimization of all activity performing in mines.

(vii) Ensure timely preparation of mines and machines efficiency report.

(viii) Ensure harmonious relationship with all stakeholders.

(ix) Perform all other duties as per the requirement and instructions of Head - mining.
