Manager-Procurement Fuel Planning & Cost Monitoring

Job Description:

• Procurement Planning & Control of fuel (coal/Petcoke/ AFR) requirement of all the Integrated, Grinding Units & CPPs.
• Preparing fuel budget for all plants and future cost projection ppts on annual basis.
• Discussing fuel consumption plan with plant production, QC & accounts departments of respective plants and freezing monthly fuel mix at optimum cost.
• Monitoring fuel cost at all plants on daily basis and aligning supplies accordingly
• Keeping track of linkage quantities and presenting to management on monthly basis.
• Ensure bookings are aligned with consumption to manage optimal inventories of respective fuel types/ grades.
• Preparing monthly fuel review ppts.
• Maintaining MIS data of fuel section.
• Providing fuel supply visibility to all plants on daily basis.
• Check, verify and ensure internal & external compliances and facilitate IBP process for the demanding products and propositions.
• Contribute effectively in benchmarking of Fuel & AFR with the industry.
