1. Ensuring Safe Operation of the Raw Mill section.
2. To build up the safety awareness and culture among the subordinate and labors.
3. Plan for production in co-ordination with other department.
4. Ensuring plant operation as per quality standards.
5. To provide instructions, guidelines and training to the sub ordinates.
6. To take initiatives & actions for plant performance improvement.
7. To coordinate with other department/functional for planned stoppages.
8. To ensure resource availability for smooth plant operation.
9. To analyze process deviations in Plant & suggest feasible corrective & preventive actions.
10. Coordinate with other service department for smooth plant operation in each shift.
11. To initiate action for ensuring proper functioning of all pollution control equipment.
12. To communicate with respective other departments section in charge in the event of abnormal/emergency conditions, to take appropriate preventive/ corrective measures level.
13. Co-ordination of Physical Verification (Coal, Raw materials, Clinker & finished goods) with Third Party & Internal PV.
14. Monthly Manpower & Service billing of Production department.
15. Involve in Refractory work during Kiln shutdown. During Major Repair Independently handling of Preheater refractory work.
16. Daily Cement & fly-ash stock reconciliation & production booking accordingly.
17. Daily Tracking of Raw Mill Production, Rate, SPC & Lime stone PV.
18. Stoppage analysis, Corrective action plan & execution.
19. Involve in LEAP-O activity related to Raw Mill.
20. Trouble shooting day to day occurring in plant operation.
21. Other activity execution on condition based as assigned by HOD
