Job Description:

• Actual costs versus budgeted cost for the area under
• Increase reliability especially power plant, as well as equipment failure rate by maintaining Pumps, Compressors.
• Reduction of the number of stoppages on incidents (NSFI)
• Increase of Mean Time Between Failures (MTBF)
• No rework and Reduce No. of Repetitive Stoppages.
• Compliance to the LEAP-O Practices( AM, PM, FI and E&T) of the Utility, WS & Cement Mill areas of Mechanical department.
• Percentage of Best Practices implemented.
• Frequency and severity rate of accidents of maintenance personnel and                      contractors.
• Maximum reactivity in case of technical incident.
• To take feed back of all the problems related to the equipment in the owning section and resolve them in time with quality work.
• To take feed back of all the problems related to the equipment in the owning section found during their inspection and resolve them in time with quality work.
• To get the material and manpower to resolve all the problems whose feedback coming from the Production department or Inspection Cell in time with quality work.
• To give feed back to the Planning Section regarding the current condition of the equipment found during execution and thus assist them for the planning of the spares for the next coming plant outage.
• To get various permits required during the execution of the jobs.
• To impart various safety related training to the various Company Workmen as well as contractor laborers
• To get issued the materials/ consumables required for the executed job
• Inform to Civil dept  Related Civil activities

Qualification:

B.Tech Mechanical or Equivalent or Diploma

Experience:

Min 12  years’ experience into Mechanical maintenance in Cement and Power plant
