  • SR maximum volume 03-month Horizon planning / Preparation by considering all the constraints
  • Attending Scheduled meetings for Improving plant performance in all respect
  • Preparation for Annual Budget for Plant.
  •  POP- working on 04 actionable on model plant agenda
  • Updation of BSC of Plant Manger
  • Active and hands-on participation in TSR% enhancement by involving myself in AFR circuit commissioning activities
  • Assisting In Refractory application job because of having exposure in same line during Initial plant project
