Job Title: Packing Plant E&I Shift In-charge
Job Description:
- Reporting of UC & NM or incidents during shift operation
- Instead of Production its better to mention the Operations team.
- Communicate clearly on information relating to potentially dangerous situations and get confirmation that they are correctly understood.
- Ensure the use of PPEs & check for safety and housekeeping in the workplace.
- Maintain & optimize the planned consumption of the electrical power.
- Ensure proper use of the equipment in particular to avoid damage.
- Tight co-ordination with Production (Process, Quarry) to get feedback from operations on equipment conditions, equipment availability for maintenance inspection, and production constraints.
- Coordinate plant resources to troubleshoot, inspect, and maintain plant equipment as required, to meet production demands and prevent failures.
- Maintain awareness of the automation system control strategy and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Manage the activity of his team according to the production priorities and ensure that the safety and environmental procedures are met. Suggest improvements with respect to safety at work.
- Ensure that the production and quality control equipment is in good working condition by regular inspections and calls for maintenance interventions.
- Ensure that the following reports are properly filled out: daily reports, shift report, SAP Work Order & compliance, computer-based shift report of incident analysis.
- Maintain and check on a regular basis MV/LV equipment as well as alarming equipment.
- Carry out L1 inspection, basic maintenance activities, and housekeeping on the equipment.
- Carry out adjustments on the control loop and participate in optimization.
- Enter the technical information regarding inspection, basic maintenance, and repair activities.

Qualification:
B.Tech/Diploma Electrical/Instrumentation or Equivalent
Experience:
Min 3 years’ experience in Technical Services
