Job Title: Packing Plant E&I Shift In-charge 

Job Description:

• Reporting of UC & NM or incidents during shift operation
• Instead of Production its better to mention the Operations team.
• Communicate clearly on information relating to potentially dangerous situations and get confirmation that they are correctly understood.
• Ensure the use of PPEs & check for safety and housekeeping in the workplace.
• Maintain & optimize the planned consumption of the electrical power.
• Ensure proper use of the equipment in particular to avoid damage.
• Tight co-ordination with Production (Process, Quarry) to get feedback from operations on equipment conditions, equipment availability for maintenance inspection, and production constraints.
• Coordinate plant resources to troubleshoot, inspect, and maintain plant equipment as required, to meet production demands and prevent failures.
• Maintain awareness of the automation system control strategy and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Manage the activity of his team according to the production priorities and ensure that the safety and environmental procedures are met. Suggest improvements with respect to safety at work.
• Ensure that the production and quality control equipment is in good working condition by regular inspections and calls for maintenance interventions.
• Ensure that the following reports are properly filled out: daily reports, shift report, SAP Work Order & compliance, computer-based shift report of incident analysis.
• Maintain and check on a regular basis MV/LV equipment as well as alarming equipment.
• Carry out L1 inspection, basic maintenance activities, and housekeeping on the equipment.
• Carry out adjustments on the control loop and participate in optimization.
• Enter the technical information regarding inspection, basic maintenance, and repair activities.

• Qualification:

  B.Tech/Diploma Electrical/Instrumentation or Equivalent

   

  Experience:

  Min 3 years’ experience in Technical Services
