Plant CRO-Production

Job Description:

Control all major process parameters within the cement grinding operation, including equipment commissioning, starts- ups, shutdowns, and emergency condition management as per established SOPs to meet production requirements.

Monitor all plant process parameters continuously using all available tools to ensure employee safety, stable equipment operation, equipment integrity within prescribed design limitations, operating targets, and environmental regulations.

Control product quality at all stages of the cement grinding process by having a clear understanding of the targets and the levers that are used to control the targets, along with the appropriate decision-making process based on the impact of each lever.

Coordinate plant resources to troubleshoot, inspect, and maintain plant equipment as required, to meet production demands and prevent failures.

Maintain awareness of the automation system control strategy and make recommendations for continuous improvement.

Communicate effectively with all levels of the plant organization in both verbal and written format.

Maintain awareness of plant operating costs. Considers these costs regularly in the decision-making process.

Inform and train operational staff.

Preparation of daily production report (SAP), stoppage report, QCSO KPI file, and stock of Raw material and finished product

Implementation and monitoring of IMS, activities of the production department.

Responsible for fly ash handling and raw material unloading and feeding to meet desired volume.

During plant shutdown – supervise grinding media re-gradation, diaphragm slot cleaning, Mill audit & Others maintenance parts related to Production.

Qualification:

Essential: Diploma in Cement Technology/B.SC

Desired/ Preferable:

B.Tech Chemical

Experience:

Minimum 4-6 years

Key Differentiating Skills:

Experience in Cement manufacturing as well as Process function
