 Statutory compliance

  • Ensure Plant is complying all statutory & legal requirements related to Plant and is valid for operating the plant
  • Liasoning with Govt Body/Ensuring 100% compliance

 Production & Delivery of Concrete

  • Customer Service Index
  • Timely execution of SO
  • On time cross functional Reports
  • Optimum utilization of TM & Pump
  • Evening meeting & planning for the next day

 Quality

  • Ensure concrete getting produced is as per standard specified and approved
  • Ensure proper quality checking is in place for incoming raw material and fresh concrete before getting dispatched from the plant
  • Troubleshooting along with Plant Quality In case of any  quality related issues in  concrete supplied at customer site and  ensure that the same is resolved quickly

 Maintenance

  • plan & do preventive maintenance & 100% adherence to maintenance schedule
  • Ensure maintenance cost as per budget
  • Monthly spares inventory reconciliation
  • Plant calibration weekly check
  • Plant calibration as per SOP
  • Support Plant P&M In charge during maintenance shutdown of Plant
  • Ensure that risk assessment is carried out by Plant P&M In charge for routine and non routine activities

 Cost Control

  • Bulk material reconciliation
  • Ensure minimum wastage of items and no pilferage in the plant
  • Ensure to follow all financial SOPs
  • FC & VC monitoring and optimization
  • Controlling expenses/cost measures
  • Cost optimization through proper placement of resources
  • Optimum utilization of resources like raw material, overheads , manpower etc
  • Reduce inventory losses & loss because of quality issues

People Development

  • People Development and motivating for Plant Team on a regular basis
  • Identify Training needs of plant employees and ensure that they are getting trained
  • Exhibit visual felt leadership (VFL)
  • People Development and motivating for Plant Team on a regular basis
  • Maintaining discipline & order in the plant
