Production Incharge

This position is responsible for Production of Concrete in the plant and coordination with the local site, plant team and Marketing team. The incumbent shall also be responsible for preventive maintenance of batching plant.

Safety

• Responsible for Safety in the absence of P&M In charge and Plant Manager
• Ensure LOTOTO Is followed in case of any Plant shut down or any other emergency where energy isolation is required.
• Ensure  batching system password is only shared with authorized person like Plant In charge/P&M in-charge and not with anyone else.
• Leading indicator reporting in STAR
• Daily TBT should be done in the absence of P&M in charge and Plant Manager.
• To execute the tasks as discussed in daily evening meeting.

Production and Delivery

• CLIT activities should be done on daily basis.
• Leap O activities should be done as per scheduled given by plant manager or P&M in-charge
• To batch concrete as per the production plan.
• Coordinate with site/TM supervisor and pump team about the delivery of concrete.

• Acknowledgement of Invoice, collect from the driver and hand over  to Plant System admin.
• Efficient follow up on TM rotation and Trips/Day

Maintenance

• Daily checklist should be done on daily basis.
• Ensure efficient functioning of Batching Plant
• Ensure daily maintenance of batching plant is done as per scheduled.
• Support P&M in maintenance of plant equipment’s and machineries
• In case of any issue, report to P&M In-charge/Plant In-charge
• Teamwork

House Keeping

• Ensure that Batching plant is clean and free from wastages and excess dust
• Area Ownership

BC Mix

• Awareness of BC mix software
