General Co-ordination and productivity enhancement:· To attend meetings, discussions etc, at various forums for the matters related to :a) Production b) Plant performance improvement c) Safety d) IR e) Quality Systems, cost review etc. for achieving targeted level of performance for the plant through ensuring the implementation of the above in the department.Product Development:· To set up and conduct the necessary experiment to develop new product as per need of M & S.Customer Satisfaction:
Product Quality :To ensure the product quality ( clinker and cement) meet s customer requirements.. Ensure quality of raw materials i.e. iron ore ,river sand ,gypsum and coal and Fly ash in line with production plan. Cost Reduction:To ensure the additive & limestone consumption in raw mix and cementations consumption in cement as per ABP. (Coal consumption in clinker is shared responsibility with production department) Lab Testing Accuracy:Implementation of quality control guidelines of Technical center & Improve Lab testing accuracy implementation of QCIP. Increase in man power efficiency:
