Purpose of the job:

• Generation of quality reports & updating of quality data.
• Complete responsibility of quality control over Lime stone pile preparation in Co- ordination with mines.
• To achieve quality objectives at every stage of production & compliance of all statutory requirements.
• QMS/EMS/OHS  compliance.
• Record keeping of all quality related data and communication to related agencies as when required.
• Improvement of lab testing accuracy.
• Responsible for internal control effectiveness monitoring for the processes in the domain of job responsibility."
• Manpower management and ensure effective utilization.

Job Description:

H&S

• To ensure implementation of safe working practices
• To ensure smooth functioning of section.
• To monitor and review safety performance to achieve the zero accident goal.
• To maintain the available resources and plan for improving the safety in the work area.
• Responsible for implementation of Integrated policy.
• Responsible for OH&S objective and its implementation.

Product Quality:

• Analyze the predefined parameters as per quality plan at all stage.
• Responsible for control effectiveness monitoring for the processes in the domain of job responsibility.

LAB ACCURACY:

• To ensure equipment testing accuracy, lab repeatability and implementation of QCIP guidelines.

Man power management:

• To train team member in sampling and sample procedures.
• Manpower management and ensure effective utilization

Product Quality :

• Ensure product manufacturing as per IQP plan..
• To analyze the quality of raw materials i.e. iron ore , Lime stone, Bauxite, Sweetener, gypsum and coal and Fly ash  in line with production plan.

Lab Testing Accuracy:

• Implementation of quality control guidelines of Technical center & Improve Lab testing accuracy implementation of QCIP.
• To ensure smooth function of section and safety in shift operation.
• Maintain equipment and resources.

Statutory Compliance:

• To ensure statutory compliance.

Safety :

To ensure zero accident in the department.

Qualification:

M.Sc. (Chemistry)

Experience:

8 Yr
