Job Title: Civil Incharge – Cement Silo & Factory Building
Department: Civil / Projects
Reports To: Project Head / Site Incharge
Job Purpose:
To oversee and execute civil construction activities related to Cement Silo and Factory Building as per the approved drawings, quality standards, and project timelines, ensuring effective coordination with contractors and other internal teams.
Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage day-to-day civil construction activities for Cement Silo and Factory Building.

Ensure construction work is carried out in compliance with technical specifications, safety standards, and quality norms.

Coordinate with consultants, structural engineers, and contractors for timely execution.

Review and interpret construction drawings, technical specifications, and BOQ.

Monitor the progress of civil works and report on project status to senior management.

Ensure optimum utilization of manpower, materials, and machinery on site.

Maintain site records including work progress, material reconciliation, and daily reports.

Conduct quality checks and ensure corrective actions are taken as required.

Ensure proper implementation of safety protocols on site.

Liaise with internal departments such as mechanical, electrical, and planning to ensure smooth workflow.

Prepare and submit work progress reports, check measurements, and verify contractor bills.
Qualifications & Experience:
-
B.E. / Diploma in Civil Engineering.
-
8–12 years of experience in industrial civil construction, preferably in Cement Plant Projects.
-
Hands-on experience in silo foundation, RCC structures, pre-engineered buildings (PEB), and industrial construction.

Strong knowledge of civil construction methods, materials, and regulatory standards.
