Manager - Mechanical

1. Mechanical Maintenance & Equipment Reliability

• Oversee maintenance of mechanical equipment such as crushers, kilns, mills, conveyors, and fans.
• Ensure preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance to minimize downtime.
• Monitor equipment performance, analyze failures, and implement corrective actions.
• Optimize spare parts inventory and liaise with procurement for timely availability.

2. Project Execution & Plant Upgradation

• Support installation, commissioning, and modifications of plant machinery.
• Plan and execute mechanical projects related to plant expansion and upgradation.
• Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and internal teams for smooth execution.

3. Safety, Compliance & Documentation

• Ensure adherence to safety protocols, SOPs, and statutory maintenance regulations.
• Maintain records of maintenance activities, inspections, and compliance reports.
• Conduct safety training and awareness programs for the mechanical team.

4. Team Management & Continuous Improvement

• Lead a team of technicians, supervisors, and contract workforce.
• Train and develop the team for skill enhancement and better maintenance practices.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives like TPM, Kaizen, and Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
