Senior Engineer - Packing Plant

• • • Authorized to approve attendance of all workers in shift.
  • o Approves tally checkers report.
  • o Authorized to sign work permits for electrical, mechanical and instrument.       related shutdowns in packing plant equipment’s in absence of section in charge.
  • o Approves changeover of cement grade in packer as per DO/Loading advice and changeover of silo as per required cement grade in packer. 
  • o Authorized for loader wise placement of trucks as per DO/Loading advice.
  • o Authorized to count & approve no. of loaded cement bags in trucks.
  • o Authorized to start & stop packer/loader and its related belts in case of any bag jamming issue or any fault in any machinery part of packers/loaders and/or in related belts.
  • o Loader ensures proper stacking of loaded cement bags in trucks.
  • o Authorized to suggest bag supplier person for proper supply of bags from bag.
  • o godown.
  • o Authorized to Count Bags after completion of bags unloading process & putting remarks on inward gate pass in case of any short or damage bag found during counting of bags.
  • o Authorized to conduct physical verification of cement bags.
  • o Authorized to prepare bags dispatch schedule & advise vendors to dispatch cement bags accordingly.
  • o Authorized to reject damaged bags if received from any vendor.
• Authorized to check & sign goods receipt note and putting remarks in case of any bag rejection issue
