Senior Executive-Quality Assurance

JD For - Quality shift in charge:

• Ensure safe lab operation
• Responsible for compliance with the statutory (Product certification) & group requirements
• Ensure calibration & maintenance of lab equipments
• Ensure Compliance of NQTS
• Ensure new Item Code Creation, Modification and Extension based on QA requirement and utilization as and when required.
• Responsible for Lab capex finalize and feasibility study as and
• Purchase request creation to procurement  for entire QA equipment  spares, chemical consumables for analysis and Lab utilization.
• Finalize annual maintenance contract from OEM or others of entire lab equipment and maintenance work execution on time .required
• Responsible to release adequate payment to service provider based on service tendering on time and serve solution if any query.
• Responsible for annual spares and consumable procurement and booking consumption as per AOP
• Ensure budget Tracking of FC and VC on monthly basis and aligning with AOP 
• Ensure Quality plan and MIC creation in SAP as and when required as per central Quality
• Ensure Daily Quality inspection of entire raw material, cement bag, Fuel  and serving stock for production consumption.
• Complain handling from end user customer end and BD team as and when required.
• Responsible of quality parameter statutory compliance to BIS
• Responsible for lab equipment calibration from external vendor on time.
• Responsible for GA stock  availability for daily consumption.
• Responsible and tracking GA feeding and consumption as per target.
• GA Lab Trail & Industrial Trail.
