Operation of Roller press, Ball Mill & Vertical Roller Mill 

Optimization of Process parameters 

Tracking of quality parameters and taking corrective actions

Job Description:

• Achieve KPIs in the shift like TPH, Blaine, power consumption, reliability of PSC/CTO & PPC- I&II circuits
• To ensure minimum stoppages by corrective and timely preventive actions by anticipating the behavior of the circuits based on the data available in CCR/ at site.
• Drop test of all WFs/BWs/SFMs
• Follow operational and maintenance practices to ensure pollution free operation of the circuits.
• Training of down line persons including contractors.
• Maintain & monitor QMS, EMS & OHSAS.
• Responsible for internal control effectiveness monitoring for the processes in the domain of job responsibility
• Ensure training on safety and site supervision so as to achieve zero non lost time accident both for employees and contractors.

Coordinate with other department for smooth functioning of plants aiming towards zero breakdowns and zero accident hours.

Purpose of the job:

• Maintain proper discipline & maximize plant operation in shift with respect to operational parameters.
• Follow operational & maintenance practices to ensure pollution free operation of the circuits.
• Training of down line persons specific to process and operation.
• Coordinate with other departments for smooth functioning of plants aiming towards zero breakdowns &zero accident hours.
• Maintain & monitor EMS, QMS & OHSAS systems effectively
• Attend the site problems effectively and efficiently to reduce the down time.
• Co-ordination and supervision of silo cleaning.
• Organize the available resources to achieve the goal.
