Asst. Manager - CPP/WHR (Shift in charge - CPP/WHR)

Qualification : B.E. OR B.Tech and BOE Certificate compulsory

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Good knowledge about safety, maintain accident free environment, work permit rules & knowledge of lotto system.
• Should have working experience in CBFC boiler.
• To handle and normalize the emergencies like system failure, load throw, plant black outs and actively involved and responsible for preventive and predictive maintenance jobs, managing breakdown.
• Implementing energy conservation techniques and maintain regular surveillance and high availability   of boiler, turbine, ash handling system, coal handling plant & water treatment plant equipment
• Continuous monitoring of important operational parameters having cost implications.
• Planning, allocating and supervising of personal to ensure maximum utilization of manpower
• Follow up of preventive, corrective & running maintenance with proper planning.
• Update and monitor the schedule against the progress of work.
• Analysis of plant auxiliary consumption.
• Shift operation of boiler and utility from control room DCS. Hot and cold startup of boiler & turbine.  ,
• Performing the function of troubleshooting and breakdown / preventing / corrective maintenance for reducing / downtime to minimum.
• Coordination with department & contractor peoples to run the plant smoothly.
• Working knowledge of sap- pm modules.
• Efficiency monitoring and optimization of  equipment and resources,  improving productivity and maintenance
• Implementation of 5s system, kaizen, leap-o at work place
