  • Maintain continuous touch with operation team/logistics to execute preventive maintenance of wagon loading machines, truck loading machines, roto packer & conveyor belts.
  • Pre job planning & prioritize jobs with available spare parts to improve manpower productivity.
  • Execute reliability based maintenance & opportunity based maintenance to run plant efficiently so that unwanted breakdowns can be avoided.
  • Organize training & skill development for workers to improve their skill as well as how to work timely & safely.
  • Monitor vibration analysis timely & by followed lubrication schedule, observe performance of equipment.
  • By implement LEAP-O at site SOC, HTA to be reduced down to run hustle free operation, so that a pleasant & safe atmosphere can be maintained.
  • By implement KAIZEN ideas & OPLs better visibility can be done & plant efficiency can be improved.
  • Work on cost parameters to maintain maintenance cost of packing plant within given range on monthly basis.
  • By initiate improvement projects eliminate chronic issues to fulfill requirements of operation team/plant.
  • Maintain packing plant sub store efficiently by applying 5S so that minimum spare & consumable spare parts can always be available at site to reduce MTTR.
