Sr. Engineer - Mechanical

Job description-

* Ensure highest standard of workplace safety, good understanding of the risk involved in

   activity and its mitigation plan.

* Should have experience of Ball mill / VRM and Roller press maintenance, worked as section

  engineer.

* Independent handling of critical, precision and heavy maintenance activities like-                                                                                                                                    Ball mill /VRM maintenance, roller press roll assembly & installation, gearbox and pump overhauling.

* Planning and timely execution of day to day, schedule maintenance and shutdown activity

   with the highest safety standard.

* Preparation of sub-assemblies and put forward the maintenance requirement.
* Ensure planned inspection of all equipment as per schedule including specific inspection,

   workorder creation and data recording in SAP.

* Provide report on repair jobs including consumption of materials, specific tools and skills

  requirement and repair history recording.

* Optimize resources, manpower management and minimize wastage to control

  maintenance cost and budget.

* Coordination with cross functional team for smooth operation of equipments .

* Advance spare planning for schedule maintenance and shutdown work.

Qualification and Experience-

* Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.

* 7+ years of cement plant maintenance experience, with 3-5 years in Ball mill / VRM maintenance.
