1. Ensure safe working and control inventory.
2. To meet the targeted availability of mechanical equipment at composer, Ball mill and vertical  mill 
3. To ensure zero report able accidents in order to achieve Mechanical dept objectives
4. To Plan and Execute Improvement in area  to achieve Departmental objectives.
5. Key Systems and Process Improvements/ Institutionalization
6. Business Delivery & Improvement 

Professional Experience description:
To ensure availability of compressors  and ball mill , vertical mill equipment by periodical and preventive maintenance,
Proper budgeted planning and control within levels and control inventory
Ensure safe working culture
