A. Organization Structure

Production targets as per annual business plan.

 Clinker production : 1.8MnT          Cement production : 2.1 MnT.

 

 

COST REDUCTION: (By keeping specific consumptions within target)

                  Specific Power:   

                                             L/s Crusher  :  1.03    units / mt of mat.

                                             Raw mill        : 14  units / mt of mat.

                                             Coal mill        : 40.00  units / mt of mat

                                              Kiln               : 23.5    units / mt of mat

                                             Cem. Mill       :30     units / mt of mat

                  Specific Fuel consumption:

OPERATE PLANT AT TARGETTED OUT PUT EFFICIENTLY: - Monitoring of parameters, trends , alarms, feed back from sites and taking corrective actions ,CCR Operations (Kiln,Mills and all other )

Coordinate and communicate effectively on the basis of parameters available in CCR and observations made by site associates concerned people for minimizing down time and smooth shift operation.

Site supervision of specific process related jobs (PH air pocking, housekeeping, machine upkeeping, safe work practices of prod. Dept. etc) in emergency and in shift operation.

Maintaining the product quality as per NCP standard which are getting effected by process parameters due to improper corrective actions.

Effective manpower distribution during shift operation on priority basis for getting optimum out put.

Make necessary arrangements and planning for filling of raw materials in hopper, Coal crushing, and clinker handling.

Supervise refractory jobs during plant shut down (non-routine job, once a four months) and daily routine sit activity

Misc. activities like false air and flow measurements, drop test of weigh feeders, taking part during heat balance, skill upgradation of shop floor people during their regular visit to sites.

Responsible for internal control effectiveness monitoring for the processes.

D. Authorities

FINAL :

           a) Adjustment of operational parameters for efficient operation and to achieve the product quality as per Nimbol cement Plant standard.

           b) Start / stop of all sections in emergency conditions or under the broad guide line available in CCR from the HOD ( prod).

           c) Reshuffling of available shift man power and resources on priority basis for optimum out put / utilisation and smooth shift operation.

           d) Issue of gate pass to shop floor peoples and empty vehicles which are under production dept.

           e) Kiln shutdown activity perform

 

RECOMMENDATION:

          a)  For improvement projects and operational parameters if they are entirely different from routine ones.   

          b) for disciplinary action against shop floor people for any type of misconduct inside the plant.
