Safety As a Core Value: Ensure 100% compliance with NVCL core safety values at all times.

o Holds Primary accountability for Zero Safety incidents in the area of IT.

o Ensure all Safety points pertaining to IT are closed within schedule / defined timeline.

· IT Infrastructure Management:

o Responsible for High availability (close to 99% and higher) of IT Computing environment and IT Infrastructure for day-to-day operations

o Manage LAN, WAN, laptops, PCs, and servers.

o Ensure robust, high available, secure, and scalable IT infrastructure.

· Plant Automation Systems:

o Manage and optimize in-plant automation systems.

o Ensure seamless integration with SCADA, IP21, weighbridge, and other OPC systems.

· SAP S4/HANA Implementation:

o Lead the implementation and maintenance of SAP S4/HANA. SD/MM/PP/PM/FICO modules for Vanya and integrate with S4/HANA of NVCL

o Ensure integration with existing systems and processes.

· Vendor and Customer Portals:

o Develop and manage vendor and customer portals in the existing customer portal of NVCL.

o Ensure all Vendors of Vanya are migrated in the portal.

· NXSA CRM:

o Extend the c4C (NXSA) CRM to Vanya from NVCL.

o Ensure CRM system supports sales and customer service processes.

· Strategic IT Management:

o Deploy all IT practices of HO to Ahmedabad office

o Develop and implement IT strategies aligned with business goals.

o Manage IS/IT Audit and control

o Manage IT budgets & Spending and resources.

o Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.

o Lead and mentor the IT team.

o Responsible for proper License usage and conduct Audits, take corrective actions and ensure 100% Software License compliance.

o To represent IT at various Meetings and ensure that IT Security point of view is understood

o Report regularly on IT Operation at Kutch & Surat to Head-IM
