Sr.Officer - Production

• Control all major process parameters within the cement grinding operation including equipment commissioning, starts- ups, shutdowns, and emergency condition management as per established SOPs to meet production requirements.
• Monitor continuously, all plant process parameters using all available tools to ensure employee safety, stable equipment operation, equipment integrity within prescribed design limitations, operating targets, and environmental regulations.
• Control product quality at all stages of the cement grinding process by having a clear understanding of the targets, and the levers that are used to control the targets, along with the appropriate decision-making process based on the impact of each lever.
• Coordinate plant resources to troubleshoot, inspect, and maintain plant equipment as required, to meet production demands and prevent failures.
• Maintain awareness of the automation system control strategy and makes recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Communicate effectively with all levels of the plant organization..
• Maintain awareness of plant operating costs. Considers these costs regularly in the decision-making process.
• Preparation of daily production report (SAP), stoppage report, and stock of Raw material and finished product
• Responsible for fly ash handling and raw material unloading and feeding to meet desired volume.

During plant shutdown – supervise grinding media re-gradation, diaphragm slot cleaning, Mill audit & Others maintenance part related to Production
