2. Channel & Key Account Management

Manage key non-trade accounts such as:

Builders & Contractors

Government / PSU projects

Infrastructure & Institutional clients

Industrial customers

Build long-term relationships with influencers, consultants, architects, and decision-makers.

Negotiate commercial terms and finalize contracts within company guidelines.
3. Team Leadership & Capability Building

Lead, mentor, and motivate the state non-trade sales team.

Set clear targets, review performance, and ensure productivity improvement.

Support recruitment, training, and capability development of team members.
4. Market Development & Intelligence
-
Track market trends, competitor activity, pricing, and demand patterns.

Ensure strong brand visibility and specification in projects.
-
Coordinate with marketing and technical teams for site support and promotions.
5. Governance, Compliance & Reporting
-
Ensure adherence to company policies, credit norms, and compliance standards.

Monitor receivables, risk exposure, and customer credit health.

Prepare and submit regular MIS, forecasts, and business reviews.
