1. Business & Revenue Growth

  • Achieve state-wise sales volume, value, and contribution targets for non-trade channels.

  • Develop and execute annual and quarterly sales plans aligned with organizational goals.

  • Identify new business opportunities in institutional and project segments.

2. Channel & Key Account Management

  • Manage key non-trade accounts such as:

    • Builders & Contractors

    • Government / PSU projects

    • Infrastructure & Institutional clients

    • Industrial customers

  • Build long-term relationships with influencers, consultants, architects, and decision-makers.

  • Negotiate commercial terms and finalize contracts within company guidelines.

3. Team Leadership & Capability Building

  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the state non-trade sales team.

  • Set clear targets, review performance, and ensure productivity improvement.

  • Support recruitment, training, and capability development of team members.

4. Market Development & Intelligence

  • Track market trends, competitor activity, pricing, and demand patterns.

  • Ensure strong brand visibility and specification in projects.

  • Coordinate with marketing and technical teams for site support and promotions.

5. Governance, Compliance & Reporting

  • Ensure adherence to company policies, credit norms, and compliance standards.

  • Monitor receivables, risk exposure, and customer credit health.

  • Prepare and submit regular MIS, forecasts, and business reviews.
