  • Support the Plant Head in monitoring daily plant operations and overall plant performance.
  • Collect, analyze, and validate operational data from oncerned departments.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports, dashboards, and performance presentations.
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to production, quality, cost, energy, and safety.
  • Identify performance gaps and provide data-driven insights for operational improvement.
  • Coordinate with department heads to collect accurate information for management reviews.
  • Monitor the status of key projects and follow up on action points until completion.
  • Support preparation of annual operating plans, budgets, and performance review reports.
  • Assist in implementing productivity improvement and cost optimization initiatives.
  • Maintain records of plant performance, technical reports, and management review documents.
  • Prepare presentations and analytical reports for corporate and plant leadership meetings.
  • Monitor compliance with safety, quality, environmental, and statutory requirements.
  • Support root cause analysis of operational issues and track corrective actions.
  • Coordinate cross-functional activities to ensure timely execution of plant objectives.
  • Assist in benchmarking plant performance against internal and industry standards.
  • Ensure timely communication of important operational updates to the Plant Head.
  • Maintain confidentiality of business data and management information.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives such as LEAP O, TPM or operational excellence programs.
  • Develop reports and analytical tools to improve decision-making and operational efficiency.
  • Perform any other technical, analytical, or coordination responsibilities assigned by the Plant Head.
