To monitor monthly production of Clinker and Cement in line with company’s annual budget.
To monitor optimized operation of Raw mills, coal mills, kiln & Cement mills and plan for grinding media – Regarding/ correction charge of mills in time.
To achieve kiln performance factor and Mills reliability factor as per companies annual budget
To achieve kiln performance factor and Mills reliability factor as per companies annual budget
To achieve specific heat consumption kcal/kg clinker as per annual budget.
Cleaning of hoppers ,Healthiness of circuits and equipments and Housekeeping of area
To produce clinker & cement volumes from CCR as per target
To achieve all quality parameters during operation of Raw Mills, Coal Mills, kiln and Cement Mills.
To co-ordinate with maintenance , logistics & quality control department for efficient & effective operation during the shift.
To give various operating instructions to shift workmen during shift operation & shut down.
To get the quality & quantity of refractory job from workmen during shutdown of plant.
To keep a close track during clinker loading to complete the loading in time.
To maintain good motivating atmosphere & IR with workmen during shift operation & shut down.
To ensure no loss time accident and no any non-conformance in any of the systems.
To ensure no loss time accident during the shift operation
To operate kiln & mills in shift from CCR to achieve production of Clinker and Cement in line with company’s annual budget
To maintain all the key operating parameters including environmental norms in kiln & mills area during the operation from CCR ,through DCS & automation systems as per given target .
To analyze & attend trouble shootings during the shift and communicate to superiors.
To get proper installation of refractory materials & re- grading of grinding media during Kiln & mills shutdown.
Responsible for internal control effectiveness monitoring for the processes in the domain of job responsibility
Quality Assurance dept. – for product and incoming material quality.
Logistics – for Cement and Clinker dispatch plan.
Safety- for safety related issues.
Mines- For Lime stone stack.
Civil – For housekeeping and manpower.
Maintenance Dept. - (Mech./E&I)- for coordinate and solve routine problems
